A flat is not one photograph

Stage every room of one home in the same style, one credit per photo, on any plan. Each room keeps its versions together, and every export can carry the “Virtually staged” label.

Structure Lock

The room is checked before you see it

1. 01Your photo goes up. Location data is removed on the phone first, and it is sent only after you agree to the AI-processing sheet.
2. 02The room is furnished, finished, restyled or emptied — one image, one credit.
3. 03Our server compares walls, windows, doors, ceiling, floor plane and camera perspective with the original.
4. 04A result that matches carries the “Structure verified” badge. One that doesn’t is not shown, you are not charged, and the app tries once more.

The badge is an automated check, not a promise about every detail. Furniture shown is generic and is not a product for sale.

Disclosure by default

The honest parts are the product

Each of these costs us money or revenue. They are the reason to use this rather than the next app in the category, and they are not fine print.

• The free result is a real result

  One full-quality result free, with no account. It carries a small “Made with Unempty AI” mark in the corner, and that mark is the only difference between it and a paid one — no watermark grid, no half-resolution download. Sign in with Apple adds two more, once.

• A failed check is free

  Walls, windows, doors, ceiling, floor plane and camera perspective are compared with your photograph before you see anything. If they moved, the result is not shown, you are not charged, and it runs again.

• The label is on by default

  A listing export carries a visible “Virtually staged” label, which is what most MLS and disclosure rules ask for; you can switch it off where none of them apply. The untouched original is exported beside the result, and a disclosure sentence is copied to your clipboard for the listing text.

• The provenance mark stays on

  Google’s image models add an invisible SynthID mark to what they generate. We do not remove it and we will never sell a way to remove it. The Terms say plainly that results are AI-generated and list the disclosure rules that apply, including EU AI Act Art. 50(4).
